By using and/or visiting the Site for making fast boat bookings you agree to these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and Site Use (“the Terms”) and you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations that govern this Site and your booking.
The site acts as a booking agent only in respect of all bookings made on the site. The site has entered into contracts with the fast boat companies('FB') on our website. These contracts ensure that the FB will act in the best possible way towards the customers of the site. This means that in the unlikely event there is a problem with a customers booking, e.g a mechanical problem with a boat, the FB will seek to resolve the situation to the customer's satisfaction at no added cost to the customer. i.e. arranging another boat company to transport the passengers. In the unlikely event that the FB cannot fulfill the customer's requirements Gilitickets.online will issue a full refund to the customer, where a payment has been made.
Gilitickets.online undertakes no responsibility for, and are not liable for, the misrepresentations, breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any FB whose products and services are sold through our website. This means that in the event of you suffering personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission of an FB (or their employees or agents) or you having any complaint about the quality of the services provided or having any other complaint at all, your sole right of redress will be against the independent third party who provided such service and Gilitckets.online will be under no liability at all (whether in contract, tort or otherwise howsoever).
You accept that Gilitickets.online has not in any way selected or assembled your travel arrangements for you. Your accommodation and travel arrangements and other services are not a package and do not fall within the meaning of The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
By proceeding to book accommodation and/or boat tickets through the Site, you accept that you will indirectly be entering into a contract with the accommodation and /or other service providers and therefore any claims or complaints should be made directly with the accommodation and /or FB. You understand that Gilitickets.online may not have conducted any quality or other checks on the accommodation providers or other FB and Gilitickets.online makes no representations about the suitability of the accommodation and/or FB for sale through the Site. The inclusion or offering for sale of an accommodation and/or services by Gilitickets.online does not constitute an express or implied endorsement or recommendation by Gilitickets.online of such accommodation or FB. Gilitickets.online does not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaim liability for any inaccuracies relating to the accommodation and FB offered for sale through our site.
Nothing in these terms of use shall operate to exclude or limit the liability of Gilitickets.online for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Where you, or any of the people that you are booking on behalf of, are in breach of any of the provisions of these Terms or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, Gilitickets.online reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund or compensation in any way and recover from you any costs incurred as a result of your behavior.

By making the registration and agreeing with this document, you also agree with the terms and conditions of each company fulfilling your order.

Such information does not constitute any advice or recommendation given by Gilitickets.online and Gilitickets.online shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or errors in the information contents or any of its elements. These independent businesses provide the services in accordance with their own terms and conditions (excluding cancellations policy detailed below) which may limit or exclude their liability to you. Gilitickets.online and its affiliates are not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches or negligence of any such independent businesses or any damages or expenses resulting from the aforesaid. Gilitickets.online and its affiliates are not liable for any refunds in the event of overbooking or force majeure or any other cause beyond their control.
As Gilitickets.online acts as a booking agent, Gilitickets.online will have no responsibility for any errors in any documentation except where those errors were made by Gilitickets .online.
To confirm a booking, you must be authorized to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking.
You will receive an email confirmation of your bookings.
Gilitickets.online will take full payment for Fast Boat tickets booked through gilitickets.online.
You may modify your travel dates up to 48hours before departure. To make changes you may contact the fast boat company you are traveling with directly. Contact information will be detailed in the confirmation email you will receive immediately after you make a booking through our website.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations made more than 2 weeks from the departure date will receive a full refund paid directly from Gilitickets.online. Cancellations made more than 2 days (the midnight of the local time), but less than 2 weeks, before the departure date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 2 days (the midnight of the local time) before the departure date will receive no refund. The final amount of refund will be deducted by the transaction and handling fee of 6 euros. In case of cancelation due to bad conditions of weather meaning that fast boat companies are not allowed to provide services due to security reasons, we charge handling and transaction fee 6 euros from the price of the refunded ticket. This cancellation policy overrides any of the boat companies individual cancellation policies and all refunds will be made by Gilitickets.online.
No shows will be considered as cancellations for all FB.
When notifying the fast boat companies of a cancellation please copy the email to [email protected] so that we can process your refund. All the contact information is detailed on the email confirmation sent to you for your booking.
All boat tickets are paid for in full on Gilitickets.online.
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have the legal capacity to use the Site and to create a legally binding contract.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
You hereby authorize Gilitickets.online to process all Personal Information about you and the persons named on the booking that has been obtained in connection with your booking. Personal information shall be deemed to include, but not be limited to any telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, addresses of residences, signatures, ID or passport copies, or any other information belonging to you or your group.
The Personal Information that Gilitickets.online collects shall be obtained, processed and transmitted in compliance with European Directives 95/46 and 2002/58, as well as any other such legislation that substitutes, complements and develops it. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant travel and health documents before departure for the country you are visiting, which shall include but is not limited to, any inoculations that may be required, identification and passport. Gilitickets.online shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any non-compliance with requirements.
You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving at your destination. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to your country of residence in the event of an accident or illness.
Gilitickets.online will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation or other service providers and/or Gilitickets.online to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non performance is caused by force majeure. In addition in case of cancelation due to bad conditions of weather meaning that fast boat companies are not allowed to provide services due to security reasons, we charge handling and transaction fee 6 euros from the price of the refunded ticket. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond Gilitickets.online's control.
Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and are only updated daily; as such they cannot be guaranteed as completely accurate and should be used as guidelines only. Actual rates may vary and you may wish to verify these with a qualified professional.
This agreement will be governed by Czech law and any disputes will be dealt with by the Czech courts.
If you bought the booking for the next day we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The cancellation fee is 21 EUR and is non-refundable. We also reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your booking depends on the current situation on the market. With no additional fee or compensation. If you will not receive email from us you can consider your booking to be confirmed exactly as you booked it - on your ticket - which we will email you as soon as you finish the order. If your selected option will not be available we will inform you via email. On top of that our standard cancellation policy applies here.
