If you change your mind, you can get your money back free of charge two weeks before departure - 100%. After two weeks you will get 50% back, and two days before departure there is no money back. This also applies when you change your mind. If you are not satisfied with the level of services, you can contact us, and we will consider refunding your ticket (at least a part). For example, if you miss the boat due some error of the transportation company. We always try to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of our customers. Please note, if you decide to cancel your ticket there is 6 EUR handling fee. The handling fee is applied also in case of cancelation due to officially announced bad conditions of weather under which fast boat companies are not allowed to provide services.
