You specify where you want to be picked up and based on your address shuttle bus will pick you up roughly two hours before your speedboat’s departure. Please be ready to leave at the moment notice. You can wait in your hotel room or the lobby. The driver asks typically for you at the reception using your name from the reservation form.
Sure, that's not a problem at all.
You should get to the pickup point which is closest to your place and be there roughly one and half hour before (depends on a pickup point) your boat’s departure. If you want to be picked up, you should specify the pickup point address in the pickup address. And put there your phone number, in case of emergency.
EkaJaya and Bluewater are doing Airport pickup, so choose them if you want to go straight from denpasar international airport DPS. Be sure to put your phone number and also the flight information to the pickup field. You should have enough time after your plane lands. Let's say you will land at 8:00 AM, your pickup on the airport would be at 10:00AM and your boat's departure at 12:00AM. So you should add 4 hours to your flight arrival time to DPS when looking for a boat. That would be your boat's departure time.
It depends on from which port you are going. If you are going from Padang Bai, it's short, only 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you choose a port on the south of the Bali (Sanur, Benoa, Serangan), it usually takes 3 hours. Some ships also stop by in Padang Bai for more passengers.
If you are going to the port by your transportation, please have in mind traffic in Bali is very slow and sometimes there might be a traffic jam, because of the ceremony. So always have reasonable time reserve. If you want to use pickup by shuttle bus, they usually pick you up between 1 and 2 hours before boat departures.
Changing names is fine even last minute before the trip. Changing dates, however, is little more complicated. During high season we need at least seven days before the trip to change your dates free of charge. If your departure is in less than seven days, there might be a charge, but this depends on a company. From us it's free.
If you change your mind, you can get your money back free of charge two weeks before departure - 100%. After two weeks you will get 50% back, and two days before departure there is no money back. This also applies when you change your mind. If you are not satisfied with the level of services, you can contact us, and we will consider refunding your ticket (at least a part). For example, if you miss the boat due some error of the transportation company. We always try to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of our customers.
Unfortunately, no, we only accept Credit card or PayPal payment.
It depends how old is your baby, two years and younger are free of charge. However, traveling with a baby is not recommended. The sea can get quite choppy, and it might get uncomfortable for a baby. In case you want to travel to Gili, pick the largest boat possible – from EkaJaya or Patagonia Express. And also it's convenient to go from Padang Bai, rather than a port on the south of Bali because boat ride is shorter. An alternative is to fly to Lombok and then a super short boat ride to Gilis.
If you want to go to another island from one of the Gili Islands, the best it to go to the local harbor on the island, talk to the ticket office there and hop in the first boat. It takes couple minutes and doesn’t cost much. We don’t organize tickets for those transfers.
Anything up to 30 kilos is allowed per person. Big suitcases or surfboards included. The boats have luggage compartments, so you luggage stay safe and secure during the boat ride.
